Our Process
We've found that most new clients feel a bit more comfortable knowing what to expect during the Web development process.

In a nutshell, we begin with an interview stage--determining your goals and taking inventory of what you have and what you need. Next we provide an easily understandable estimate. With an agreed upon proposal we proceed with design, HTML development, testing, and lots of opportunities for client approval along the way. Finally we correctly register the site with popular search engines, and steer you in the direction of online success with our marketing tips.

Need to see our Web development process in detail? Here's what you can expect:

Interview and Proposal. We begin with a phone or in-person discussion of your basic Web site goals, needs, and strategies. From this mini-interview we work up what we call a "Pre-Proposal Estimate" along with a simple Client Questionnaire that may unearth some additional Web site needs. Then, a Final Proposal thoroughly outlining all costs will be faxed or e-mail to you for your approval.
Content Collection. After proposal approval we begin content collection. This is usually a collaborative effort. We'll help you transfer copy, image files, and any other materials into appropriate formats. To help you, we always provide a Checklist of Needed Items that clearly outlines everything we need to get started.
Concept & Design. Here we begin the site development. It starts with a Site Map that shows your site's flow. Layout and page navigation systems are conceptualized and presented to you.
Design Approval. Using our handy online Proof Desk, we post your site designs for your approval
Development. After design approval, we begin to code your pages in HTML.
Development Approval. This stage offers a first glimpse of the actual, working, Web site. You'll have the opportunity to use and navigate through your site. We'll revise, rework, and refine the HTML and graphics for your final approval.
Testing. Here we check links, interactivity, and page layouts in all browsers. Java and Javascript functions, FLASH animation, forms, and database interaction will also be checked and rechecked. We also give the site a final check for spelling and grammar.
Upload to Server. All HTML and supporting files are sent to your hosting service's computer (or your own computer if you have a server). Then, of course we test again.
Site Marketing. We register your site correctly with 150 of the most popular search engines using proven techniques for maximum listing results(Optional).
